No. It is the counter: tables (pool, carom and, if the venue uses them, poker, domino, chess and cards), bar, expenses, cash-out and receipts. Tournaments are the TV, not the till.

Product and day to day
What Billarisa does at your counter.
Every sale is tied to a shift and who served. You open with petty cash, log shift expenses and close with a shift cash-out or a day cash-out. You see cash, card and transfers separately. You know what came in, what went out and who handled it.
Yes. It uses the same catalog as a table. You can open a temporary bar tab without a table; you build the order first and stock drops when you confirm.
On a table, when you add the product. At the bar, when you confirm the order, not when you tap it. Charging does not deduct it again. Voiding the ticket does not put stock back. Removing a line can put it back only if the destination is the fridge. If it was already served, it does not. The floor is also reconciled with a count.
Yes, if it belongs to the open shift. It leaves the cash-out, does not reopen the table, and does not put stock back. A closed shift is not touched from the counter.
Yes, and also for poker, domino, chess and cards, each with its own rate. Pool and carom are always included. The venue tables stay predefined and open by name, for example, Terrace 1.
Yes. You review metrics, sales and saved cash-outs, and export reports to Excel for your accountant or to review your business.
The administrator. They create each cashier, with their own PIN and the permissions they choose. There is no factory cashier with every permission open. Only one user is active: if someone is already signed in, the other person closes that session.
Internet and the computer
Install, connection and what it runs on.
No. Billarisa runs on the till PC (desktop or laptop) and stores data there. You only need internet once to activate the license (and optionally for remote support). If the connection drops, you keep charging.
Usually not. Billarisa runs on a 64-bit desktop or laptop at the till, with 8 GB of memory and 20 GB free to start. A recent business PC typically covers it; we do not require a new PC.
No. We send you a single Windows installer and you run it on the till PC (desktop or laptop), like any usual program. It is not a public link: you get it after a demo. When it finishes, we activate the license on that same PC.
The license activates once on the PC where you install it. That ties it to your venue and then it works without internet. If you change PCs, an advisor helps you reactivate it.
Yes. Outside Mexico you buy through an advisor and we guide you remotely. The program reads in Spanish or English, with your till currency and venue time zone.
Windows, on a 64-bit desktop or laptop. We ask for 8 GB of memory and 20 GB free to start. A laptop or monitor display, an up-to-date browser, and internet only to activate. There is no Linux or Mac installer.
58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers. You print the pre-bill, the charge receipt and cash-out tickets. You choose always print, ask, or do not print. The cash drawer can be configured too.
It lives on that computer. The backup is local. The owner copies it, for example to a USB drive, at the end of the day. The license does not travel inside that file: on another PC an advisor reactivates it.
Language, currency and time zone
How the program reads and charges in your venue.
At the venue you choose Spanish or English, your till currency and the time zone. This site's switcher only changes the website, not the installed program. Billarisa does not convert prices or invoice your players.
No. This site is in Spanish and English so you can read us. The POS is set separately, on the till PC. You can browse the site in one language and run the venue in another.
You do, in Admin → My venue. Billarisa applies that setup to tickets, cash-outs and the screen.
The ones the program supports at the till (today MXN, USD and COP), all on the same footing. That is the format of amounts on screen and on tickets, one currency per venue. There is no automatic exchange rate: if you change currency, you update prices yourself. This website's list is shown in MXN or USD; that is not the currency your till charges in.
Yes. Cash-outs and tickets use the zone you pick in Admin (Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States, among others). To change it you must close the business day, shift, tables and bar. License validity is still calculated on Mexico City time. Support hours are too.
Pricing and invoicing
How you pay and what each package includes.
The list is one-time payment: you buy it once and it's yours, on that PC (desktop or laptop). In Mexico we issue a tax invoice (CFDI) for your purchase. Outside Mexico an advisor helps you and we issue a purchase receipt, not a Mexican tax invoice.
A purchase receipt for the license. It is not a Mexican tax invoice. You handle paperwork in your country; Billarisa documents that you bought the program. It does not run your local books or invoice your players.
The public list is one-time payment. Payment plans can be discussed after a demo or closing call: that is where installments and dates are agreed. There is no storefront monthly fee and no interest-free months over chat.
Yes, 14 days, after a demo. It is the same program, with an end date. Trial support is limited: activation, first launch and one cash-out. If you need more help, we book another demo. When it expires you buy (one-time or agreed installments) or it turns off.
In normal sales, Tournaments is purchased separately (+$3,800 MXN / +$219 USD). During the Launch Promo, Tournaments is included in any package when you pay Operation only. The closing date is shown in the pricing section.
Local up to 6, Professional up to 12 and Enterprise up to 18. Same software. Only the table limit changes.
Yes. If you grow, you pay only the difference between packages. You keep your data and your setup.
No. Billarisa prints sales receipts, pre-bills and cash-outs for your counter. It is not tax-invoicing software. The invoice or receipt for your Billarisa purchase is separate, depending on whether you buy in Mexico or abroad.
No. They are internal shift control. You and your accountant handle the venue's tax paperwork. Billarisa only documents your purchase of the program.
Tournaments
The optional module for the bracket on the TV.
A bracket from 4 to 64 players, sign-up at the venue, winner tracking and a TV screen with entrants, matches and up to 24 sponsors.
No. It is optional. It makes more sense if you have 8 or more tables or already host events. You can start with Operation and add Tournaments later.
It has a closing date and you'll see it in the pricing section. After that, Tournaments is sold again as a separate module at the normal price. If you confirm your order during the promo, it is honored.
