No. Billarisa is a complete POS for your pool hall: tables (pool and carom) with a timer, a bar with catalog and inventory, cash-outs, thermal receipts and reports. The whole counter in a single system, not just the clock.

Every sale is tied to a shift and a cashier. You open with petty cash, log shift expenses and close with a shift cash-out (X) and daily cash-out (Z), with cash, card and transfer reconciliation. You know exactly how much came in, how much went out and who handled it.

Yes. You manage a product catalog by category and its stock, with direct counter sales or on the table. This reduces leaks and shows you what's selling.

Yes, both with a real-time timer and flexible rates by table type (minimum, hour and extra minute). For now we don't include poker or dominoes as table modes.

Yes. You can review sales history, documented cash-outs and export to CSV for your accounting or audits.

No. Billarisa works locally: it runs from a single PC and stores data on that same machine. You only need internet once to activate the license (and optionally for remote support). You keep charging even if the connection drops.

It's a single installer. You run it on the counter PC, the local server starts and you operate from the browser on the same machine. It's not a separate 'program + database + manual'.

Your license is activated once with the code of the machine (Machine ID) where you install Billarisa. This ties it to your PC and, after that activation, the system works offline. If you ever change PCs, an advisor helps you reactivate it.

Yes. International customers purchase Billarisa through an advisor, and we offer assisted remote support to guide you through installation and answer questions, no matter your country.

Today Billarisa ships with an installer for Windows. We're working to bring it to more platforms (such as Linux and macOS) later on. In the meantime, it runs on any compatible PC at the venue.

58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers. You print the pre-bill, the charge receipt and cash-out receipts, with configurable policies (always, ask or don't print). The cash drawer is also configurable.

Your data lives on your own machine, not in a third party's cloud. Billarisa includes local backup and export, so your information always stays in your business.

For now Billarisa is a one-time payment (perpetual license): you pay once and it's yours. Within Mexico we issue an invoice for your purchase. If you're outside Mexico, you can purchase Billarisa by talking to an advisor.

For now we only offer one-time payment. If we later enable monthly plans or installment promotions, you'll see it reflected here.

Under normal sales conditions, the Tournaments module is purchased separately (+$3,800 MXN / +$219 USD). During the Launch Promo, and while slots last, Tournaments is included at no extra cost in any package by paying only the Operation price.

Local up to 6 tables, Professional up to 12 and Enterprise for more than 12 tables (with additional tables available on quote). It's the same software; only the table limit changes.

Yes. If you grow, you upgrade by paying only the difference between packages. You don't lose your data or your configuration.

No. Billarisa prints sales receipts, pre-bills and cash-outs, but it is not tax software and does not issue CFDI to the player. The invoicing we offer is for your Billarisa purchase (Mexico).

An elimination bracket from 4 to 64 slots, gradual registration with bots to fill the bracket, winner tracking and a TV screen with entrants, live matches and up to 12 sponsors in rotation.

It's optional. It makes more sense for venues with 8 or more tables or that host events. You can start with Operation and add Tournaments later.

The promotion ends when the slots run out or when Billarisa decides to end it. After that, the Tournaments module is sold again as a separate module at the normal price.
